- Project lead by the Basque Country and Aragon (Spain). Survey on ground water quality:
" Experiences of European regions in relation to Directive 2006/118/EC-Protection of groundwater against pollution and deterioration".

- Results :
These results will be published and are thought to be sent to DG Environment, EEA and other European institutions.
Next events

Within the groundwater quality project, a workshop will be organized in Zaragoza (Aragon), in which the project partners can present and share their experiences in relation to Directive 2006/118.

Previous highlights

10-11. June 2010: 9th ENCORE Conference, Olsztyn, Warmia and Mazury (Poland). WG meeting and presentation of results 2008-2010.

February 2010: final approval of the INTERREG IVC project called "WATER CoRe", in which 7 partner regions participate: Hesse (Germany, leader), Aragon (Spain), Emilia-Romagna (Italy), North Brabant (Netherlands), Hérault (Languedoc-Roussillon, France), and Hungrian and Romanian institutions .
