Icon During the successful meeting with the Encore co-presidents last 4 November, EC Regional Policy Commissioner Danuta Hübner encouraged ENCORE to participate in INTERREG IV-C (call opened mid October 2008, running until end of January 2009), in Fast Track modality . fasttrack . The main idea of the project will be the Creation of a Data Bank for Regional Experiences on Climate Change within the EU.
